Jakob Hartmann, PhD
Principal Investigator
Jakob is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and director of the Neurobehavioral Stress Resilience Laboratory at McLean Hospital. He earned his PhD at the Max-Planck Institute of Psychiatry in Munich, Germany in 2014. He then moved to Boston where he received his postdoctoral training under the mentorship of Kerry Ressler at McLean Hospital, before he started his own lab in 2022.
Claudia Klengel, MD
Lab Manager (with Ressler Lab)
Claudia received her medical training at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. She has many years of experience as lab manager and staff scientist.
Larissa Dillmann, MSc
PhD Student
Larissa received a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Regensburg and a M.Sc. in Biomedical Neuroscience from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. Since 2024, she has been conducting her PhD research in the lab.
Kaiya Brooks
Undergraduate Student
Kaiya is an undergraduate student from Harvard University. She is currently gaining research experience in the lab.
